Hi, I’m Orly
I work with adults who feel anxious or disconnected, especially those carrying the weight of past trauma, to gently reconnect with their bodies and understand their nervous systems. My goal is to help you feel more fully alive and in control, without being ruled by fear.
In our work together, I will create a safe, compassionate space where you can express all parts of yourself—especially those that may feel shameful or hidden. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you—one that allows you to explore new ways of being, while always honoring your need to feel comfortable, cared for, and at ease.

How it works

Click this link to schedule a free 20 minute consultation. Let's talk about what is currently bringing you to therapy. I'll help you decide whether we would be a good fit and if its a good idea to move forward. We will discuss logistics such as scheduling and financial investment. If we decide that it would be a good idea to meet for a longer and more thorough consult, we will pick a date and time to meet either online or in-person.
The Consultation Process
We will meet initially for a 90 minute consultation during which time we will discuss your goals, your history, your relationships and your habits. If you have been in therapy before we will touch upon what worked for you and what hasn't. Most importantly, you will get a sense of my style and gauge how comfortable you feel. I will assess if I think I can be helpful to you. Regardless I will always try to point you in the right direction.
My goal is to help my clients leave each session feeling understood, with a fresh perspective and with some practical tools that can help them in their day-to-day lives.
