“I believe therapy is a place where we can talk about ourselves without the hinderances of shame, guilt or judgement. From that sanctuary we can reach our fullest potential emotionally, in our relationships, and in our work. At times, therapy may feel challenging, but can also be a deeply fulfilling process. "
